Grill Daddy Pro
Keeping your grill clean is essential. We’re gonna review the Grill Daddy Pro. I don’t work for the company that makes this grill brush, but I wanted to take some time to share with you a good option that works when it comes time to cleaning your grill.
If you don’t clean your grill, all of your food you cook is going to not only taste funky, but it can also be a bit toxic as layers and layers of charred food continue to build. Furthermore, it causes pre-mature aging of your grill grates, and it can leave a thick, greasy coat on the inner walls of your grill. That greasy coat absorbs heat and will cause your grill to not cook as efficiently as it normally should.
So, you need to clean your grill, but the last thing you want to do is clean it with any old brush and put scratches in your grates, but at the same time you need something that will get the job done and actually remove the gunk that has built up. Now, I’m not much for hype, and everyone is an expert with selling some gadget on TV, but I think you’re gonna like the Grill Daddy Pro.
I bought a brand new Char-broil infared barbecue grill not too long ago and already I am getting aggravated with all time consuming procedure for cleaning up. It’s not like you can take your grill grates and stick those components inside the dish washing machine like you are instructed at Lowes.
Well I barbecued some baby back ribs, but knew I was gonna go down to the store and buy the Grill Daddy. A few days slipped by before I could actually purchase it and did not thoroughly clean it for a couple of days. While not intending to make this into a big test for the grill brush, I figured if it can clean 3-day old baby back rib sauce and grilling, it can do anything.
This is not some complicated piece of equipment here. There is no need to stud an instruction book (unless you just really feel a need to read the product brochure). You just heat up the barbecue grill grates, put normal water in the shaft of the Grill Daddy Pro, and start the scrubbing and the scraping. This bbq grill brush wiped clean the my Char-broil grill perfectly, over and above my expectations. Another thing that was important to me was that I noticed there were no scratches on the finish of my grates, nor on the sides of the grill when I finished up. That was nice. You hate to spend $500 (or a lot more) on a grill and then scratch the heck out of it when you clean it.
In my opinion, the Grill Daddy Pro is a decent brush to have on hand. There are cheaper brushes, but you’re still going to have to buy the grill cleaning solution. With this, you don’t have to do that. When your brush heads wear out, just go purchase more at the store, or order online at Amazon… or just buy where the best deal is.
